Daniel is continuing to strengthen up and his legs are now a bit more comfortable where his hamstrings and heel tendons were cut. Last week he struggled to walk with his frame outside the house for twenty steps, but this week he has reached the end of the street and back which is about 100 metres. It is easy to forget that it is only just over two weeks since the last surgery, and so the recovery is going as well as we can expect.
I asked Daniel how he thought he was getting on and he said, "I'm getting on just fine".

Hi Daniel and fam, It's Francesca's Auntie Elaine here, great to hear your progress post USA, you are doing so well and it must be great to be back home with all your family. Fran has her hamstring Op on Tues and we hope to have her home by the end of the month. You have been an inspiration and we look forward to seeing you again soon. However the Cobblers will be catching up with the Posh next season!
