Keep going Daniel!

Daniel has continued to strengthen up over the past week, mainly due to his hard work and our nagging! The treadmill has been a real hit and Daniel tries hard to walk as fast as he can on it seeing it as a challenge to enjoy rather than give up. His physio has said just 10 minutes a day is enough for now so that he doesn't wear himself out but Daniel has insisted on doing 12 minutes and we are not going to argue! He will be starting swimming lessons next week which will help improve his strength overall. Daniel has noticed many changes to his body since the operation, feeling much "looser and bendier" was one description - and although it is taking time to regain his strength he looks a different person when he is in his frame walking down the road.
